Accommodations
Cliffside features three separate cottages named after the local flora on the island. Flamboyant is a two bedroom that can sleep six including a queen pull out couch, while Ginger Thomas and Sweet Lime are both one bedroom that can sleep four including a queen pullout couch. Each bedroom is furnished with a super comfortable, memory foam, queen sized bed with tons of pillows! All cottages have chilly, mini-split AC units, but you'll probably choose to just open the french doors to the beautiful view and enjoy the ever-present trade-winds! The rooms are equipped with mid-sized refrigerators, blenders, microwaves, utensils and everything you might need during your stay. If you don't see something you need - just ask

Guests at CliffsideSTX enjoy complimentary use of snorkel gear, kayaks and stand up paddleboards at Sea Thru Kayaks. Stays of 7 days or more include complimentary passes to a bioluminescent bay tour, a $60 value per person, with See Thru Kayaks, offer subject to availability. Your welcome packet also includes a curated list of local activities, restaurants, and attractions to help you experience the best

Relax in air conditioned comfort while you use our reliable, high speed internet to work remotely or to stream your favorite shows on our large, Roku TV's. Each unit has ample deck space with stellar views of Salt River Bay, and the Caribbean Sea
Rates
Our rates vary by season and by cottage, so check out the calendar below to get an accurate quote for your date of travel. We try to keep our cleaning fee as reasonable as possible, so we charge a simple flat $100 fee per booking. Provisioning services are available upon request. Tell us what food you would like waiting for you upon arrival; we'll pick it up for you and you only pay for the cost of the food
Remember, the USVI assesses an occupancy tax of 12.5% on all vacation stays throughout the island
